1. Who we are

DRX Optimizer is a Windows performance optimization tool for gamers, operated under the DRX Software brand. For the purposes of this policy, we are the data controller. Privacy contact: operacional1@assessoriaveon.com.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Activation and account data

• Email: voluntarily provided during free activation or purchase.
• HWID (hardware ID): a derived identifier of your computer hardware (CPU, GPU, motherboard) used to bind a license to a single PC and prevent fraud.
• Purchase data: transaction ID, plan, and license status.

2.2 Application usage data

• Windows version, detected GPU and CPU.
• Tweaks applied and reverted (identifiers only, never personal content).
• Funnel events (app opened, onboarding completed, upgrade viewed) to understand product usage.

2.3 Site browsing data

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and conversion cookies (Meta Pixel).
• IP address, user-agent, referrer page, scroll and exit events.

2.4 Payment data

Credit card and banking details are not collected or stored by us. Payment processing is handled by Hotmart, which has its own privacy policy.

3. Purpose of processing

• Execute the contract (activate, validate, and maintain the license).
• Provide technical support and customer service.
• Understand how the product is used for improvement (aggregate analytics).
• Send transactional communications (purchase confirmation, activation, important updates).
• Prevent fraud, license abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity for activation and license maintenance.
• Consent for non-essential cookies and marketing.
• Legitimate interest for fraud prevention and product improvement.
• Legal obligation for tax retention and response to authorities.

5. Who we share with

We share data only with providers necessary for operation:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) - site and API hosting.
• Redis Labs / Redis Cloud - operational database.
• Hotmart - payment processing and affiliate program.
• Google LLC - Google Analytics 4 for aggregate analysis.
• Meta Platforms Inc. - Meta Pixel for ad attribution (when campaigns are active).
• Transactional email provider - sending activation and confirmation emails.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers beyond what is strictly necessary for measuring our own campaigns.

6. International transfers

Some providers above are based abroad (primarily the United States). These international transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.

7. Retention

• Active accounts: while the license is active plus 5 years (tax prescription period).
• Free leads: until deletion request or 2 years of inactivity.
• Access logs: 90 days, unless required for incident investigation.
• Financial and tax data: 5 years, as required by law.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request:

• Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Portability of your data to another provider.
• Deletion of data processed with consent.
• Information about entities with whom we share.
• Withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email operacional1@assessoriaveon.com with the subject "Privacy - [requested right]". We respond within 15 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies (basic site operation) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time. This does not affect the ability to use the product after download.

10. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS), credential rotation, role-based access control, and audit logs. No system is 100% secure; in case of an incident, we will notify you and the appropriate authority as required by law.

11. Children and minors

DRX Optimizer is not directed to anyone under 13. Minors under 18 may use the product with authorization and supervision from their legal guardians.
