Refund Policy

1. 7-day unconditional guarantee

You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund, without justification. This guarantee is offered beyond most jurisdictions' minimum and only superseded in exceptional cases described below.

2. How to request

Payment is processed by Hotmart, which is operationally responsible for the chargeback. The process is direct:

1. Sign in at hotmart.com with the same email used for purchase.
2. Go to Purchases and find DRX Optimizer Pro.
3. Click Request refund.
4. Alternative: email operacional1@assessoriaveon.com with the transaction ID and we will initiate the process for you.

3. Time to receive the refund

• Credit card: up to 2 billing cycles, per card network rules.
• Pix / bank slip: up to 7 business days after approval.
• PayPal: up to 5 business days.

These timelines are handled by Hotmart / issuing institution. We do not control the final release by your bank.

4. Special cases - beyond 7 days

4.1 Confirmed bug that prevents product use

If you identify a critical bug that prevents normal use of DRX Optimizer and we cannot resolve it within 15 calendar days, we will refund fully, regardless of the purchase date.

4.2 Hardware incompatibility

If the product does not support your specific configuration (e.g., very old GPU, unsupported Windows version) and this was not clearly stated on the download page, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the timeframe.

4.3 Duplicate charge or processing error

Any duplicate, inconsistent, or unauthorized charge will be fully refunded within 48h of notification.

5. After 7 days, no special case

Requests made after the 7-day window, without falling into the special cases above, are reviewed case by case. We consider factors such as length of use, support history, attempted resolution, and good faith. There is no automatic guarantee in these cases, but no automatic rejection either - we always talk.

6. What happens after refund

• The Pro license is revoked and stops working on your PC.
• The Free version remains available normally.
• Your personal data follows the rules of our Privacy Policy.
• Repeat requests (purchase-refund-purchase from the same email or HWID) may be blocked for fraud prevention.

7. Affiliates and partner program

If you purchased via an affiliate link and requested a refund within the window, the affiliate commission is automatically reversed by Hotmart - no impact to you.
