Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using DRX Optimizer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any point, do not install or use the product.

2. Service description

DRX Optimizer is a performance optimization tool for Windows 10 and 11, focused on reducing latency, improving FPS, and removing system bottlenecks in gaming scenarios. The product is offered in two tiers:

• Free: basic optimizations, free and with no time limit.
• Pro: full optimization suite and advanced features via one-time payment.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use DRX Optimizer under the terms described here.

3.1 Pro License

• Valid on one single computer, bound to the HWID (hardware ID).
• PC transfer requires a support ticket and may be rate-limited for security reasons.
• A license cannot be shared, resold, rented, or transferred to third parties.

3.2 Free Version

The free version follows the same personal use rules. It can be installed on as many of your own PCs as you wish, but cannot be used in corporate or commercial environments without a specific agreement.

4. Prohibited uses

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, or license identifiers.
• Redistribute, republish, resell, or make the installer or parts of the software public.
• Use the software in corporate environments, data centers, or commercial use (e.g., LAN centers, cybercafes) without a specific license.
• Attempt to bypass activation, multiply licenses, or use licenses obtained fraudulently.
• Use the software for illegal activities or to compromise third-party systems.

Violations may result in immediate license revocation without refund, in addition to applicable legal measures.

5. System modifications

DRX Optimizer applies changes to Windows settings, including registry keys, service states, power policy, scheduled tasks, and driver configurations. This is part of the core product functionality.

• All modifications are reversible via the built-in Revert function.
• We strongly recommend creating a restore point before applying aggressive optimizations.
• Some optimizations may have variable impact depending on your hardware and Windows installation.
• You are responsible for choosing which optimizations to apply and for maintaining data backups.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities with third-party software, problems caused by other utilities running in parallel, or misuse of advanced features.

6. Payment, price, and refund

Pro tier pricing is indicated on the plans page. All payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as sub-acquirer. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Updates and availability

We provide periodic updates. The Pro version has access to all updates during the license lifetime. There is no availability SLA for the Free activation API, but we operate with redundancy and continuous monitoring.

8. Intellectual property

The software, trademark, logos, text, images, source code, tweak databases, and site content are the property of DRX Software. The license granted on this page does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of liability

DRX Optimizer is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DRX Software is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our commitment is to provide a reversible, tested product with active support.

This limitation does not apply to cases of willful misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence, and does not waive basic consumer rights under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Termination

You can stop using DRX Optimizer at any time by uninstalling the software. We may terminate or suspend your license in case of violation of these terms, with notice by email. Terminations for violation do not create a right to refund.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days notice by email and/or site notice. Continued use after new terms take effect implies acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the consumer's domicile forum to resolve disputes under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with the right to mediation or arbitration where applicable.
